@TheInnerShiftHQ @msmocrown Only about 4 subjects a term. Why should a child from Nigeria who has been writing 1 to 200 from nursery 2 get to such a system and fail?

@TheInnerShiftHQ @msmocrown It is actually. Very little stress academically. Few assignments, no homework, no tests, no exams. Almost endless opportunities to postpone and extend assignment/project deadlines. A child has to be very determined not to learn to fail.

@UramaMichael @abikedabiri School is not a scam. She said they are on their way home. She has done her job. The rest is just a public service announcement to prevent other people from failing into the same situation.

The problem is the use of agents for South African visas. Apart from passport data pages, they fill in anything they wish. This way the travellers fail immigration interviews on their reasons for coming. One of them had also been insulting the SA govt online, so they already had him on their radar. When confronted with the insults, he was unable to defend himself. Not sure which of the three ??You are free to take it up when you return

@MichelleMc68522 @Tanyaelisabeth Nobody is miserable if they are living their choice. Women should have a choice. You choose to stay home, fine. Some other woman chooses to work outside the home, cool. Live and let live.

If I stay home and raise my own children I am a loser and not ambitious But if I hire and pay another woman to raise and take care of my children for me than I am an empowered woman If that same woman stayed home with her children she would be a loser But if she takes care of my children she is not If we both switched and raised each others children for a paycheck we would be successful ambitious girl bosses But if we do it for our own children we are losers

PAUL NWOSU: "Let’s be blunt. The recent attacks on Ndi Igbo in East London, South Africa, following the installation of an “Eze Ndi Igbo,” were tragically predictable. When cultural lines are crossed in a continent where tradition is sacred, backlash is inevitable. What is shocking is not the reaction; it is that we keep provoking it. This is not new. Ghana witnessed a similar uproar when Chukwudi Ihenetu was crowned “Eze Ndi Igbo Ghana,” nearly sparking a diplomatic crisis. Truth is that self-imposed coronations in foreign lands, especially in black Africa, ignite anger and endanger the lives of millions of law-abiding Igbos in that country." thecable.ng/how-self-style…

@b2bgr @kingsuleiman27 The best polygamy is often when the women see little of each other. The little time they meet, they won’t use it to fight or bicker around. I personally wouldn’t want to see my co wife every single day but I don’t mind having his kids around at all.

So there’s a man I know who has two wives living in separate states (Abuja and Bauchi). The children of the first wife live with the second wife, and the children of the second wife live with the first wife. Immediately after they finish primary school, he moves them away from their biological mothers to live with their stepmothers. They only return to their mothers during holidays. He says he’s doing this to unite his family. Do you think the approach make sense?

I don’t believe this, financial irresponsibility as how? You want to tell us that David who is living his modest life in a one room corner somewhere in Ghana is who you’re suspending for financial responsibility? What exactly would he be spending money on? Them don come for this guy again, or maybe it’s a late April fool.

Mr. Hundeyin's disengagement was due to repeated, and documented financial irresponsibility. The Board members no longer had confidence in his commitment to the core principles of WAW or in his work ethic. In due time, more communication will be made available on these issues.

@kingsuleiman27 Makes sense to an extent, but still defeats the purpose of the children living together to know each other more. It would have been better if they rotate their holidays between their mothers. E.g all of them in Bauchi for this holiday, then all of them in Abuja for the next one

@minutesimal_ Natural hair was popularised sometime around the last decade due to many factors including propaganda about ingredients in hair relaxers causing cancers and tumours in black women. I’m natural now due to my research too, and my hair is 4c, I learned to handle it with love.

@minutesimal_ People stopped relaxers because 1. They ruined your hair 2. The chemicals are bad for your health 3. We learnt how to properly care for 'stubborn' natural hair. 4. Natural hair looks beautiful with proper care and products.

There is a reason I switched off from American televangelism since 2007. Stopped watching their sermons, reading their books and subscribing to their "merchandise". Saw through their grift, and hypocrisy and went cold turkey on them. My only regret? Not doing it sooner.
