@ryanhansen33 We literally got berated that questioning transing kids was a ‘right wing talking point’ right after discussing leuprolides osteopenia-inducing effect.

In medical school, we were tested on transgender niggas and how to affirm their care. They even appointed a professor to be the hospital LGBTQ director. This is at a top 3 US medical school. All the students ate it up. They LOVE screwing over little kid's hormones and chopping off genitalia. Is this the type of doctor that you want in the future?

@FirstDoctor When asked about drinking, at this point I tell people I wouldn’t necessarily recommend teetotaling based on my personal experience. My decision to not drink has had tremendous personal cost.

@FirstDoctor I don’t drink. Never have. Never will. Very much against it. Ideally nobody would. In reality, alcohol is a deep part of the human experience and my vision is a myth. The social cost of not drinking is difficult to quantify, but I’d be willing to concede a benefit there.

@questmoosa Just take fin/dut and minox like a serious person. This smells like a bunch of goofy BS with low to 0 effect size

You are an absolute utter disgrace to your parents and family if you're feeling down the dumps about your hairloss in 2026: - Caffeine (200mg 2-3 times a day) - strong dopaminergic & thyromimetic properties - prolactin antagonist (prolactin is the DEATH HORMONE associated with hairloss - caffeine blocks prolactin explaining why it improves energy production rapidly) - Vitamin E (500-2000mg) - 2000IU Vitamin D (Just 2000IU Vitamin D is able to reduce cortisol by 40%, by reducing the enzyme 11β-HSD 1) - Daily scalp massages of the occipitalis, frontalis and temporalis muscles (30-45 seconds each muscle) - Get your posture right - Hunching over and maintaining low power poses lowers testosterone,dopamine,T3 and increases cortisol - also strengthen ALL of your neck muscles - Calcium rich foods (Milk, Cheese, Figs) to keep PTH in check - Vitamin B6 (Vitamin B6 has multiple functions in the human body, the best one probably being the fact that it’s essential for increasing dopamine and lowering prolactin.) Do all of these things and... You're back in the game.

@financialsamura The comparison game never goes away. Returns are diminishing. At this point, I look for good trade offs and not just winning for winnings sake.

Curious for those of you who went to an elite university (top 10-25, top 0.1-1% student): Do you still feel good about yourself if you do not become a top 0.1-1% performer in your field of choice? For example, a VP in finance making $500K a year versus an MD making $2 million a year at the same age. Or a violinist who never makes it to Carnegie Hall, etc. Or does the experience of going to a top university continue paying dividends if you end up being average?

@CathDavidd1776 There are edits of this sort all over instagram if you know where to look. Add in sound and they can go pretty hard

The White population in the U.S. fell from 90% to under 60% in 60 years. If you don’t see this as a problem, you’re part of the problem.

Whites built almost everything great in history. But they have a fundamental weakness—the notion that all humans should have equal rights of citizenship in their lands—which will inevitably destroy them within 3 decades if they don't embrace a collective ethno-cultural identity.

@MascMillennial outcomes are generally good. its easier to do it sooner rather than later— the end retracts up the arm and gets scarred in. try to get to an orthopod asap.

I’ve got a ruptured bicep tendon. Pretty gnarly, it’s looking like surgery. Anyone dealt with it?

@NBCOlympics Impressive speed, but context matters. Uphill skiing at that pace sounds more like a stunt than sustainable Olympic performance.
