I don't know what you are selling that you keep asking people to dm you for the price.
60K Net Salo in Nairobi??
Here's how you can make it work, as a bachelor for example.
Pay 13K-15K rent in a decent and safe neighbourhood
Spend 3K-4K on important utilities like WIFI, water and electricity
Squeeze between 9K–11K on food. Try and cook most of your meals at home to keep both your health and your spending in check.
Transport could average 5K–7K depending on how well you plan your routes
You leave yourself about 5K–7K for personal expenses so you can still live, just without excess.
You can consistently channel about 5K–6K into a MMF, building towards an emergency cushion of roughly 100K–150K.This could take you about 2 years.
Another 5K–6K can go into a SACCO BOSA account as positioning for access to affordable credit in future when an opportunity or business idea comes up. This portion can also be split to cover some WANTs like gyming and recreation activities during the month. It can also be used to shop for a good health insurance cover.
Then you leave a small buffer of about 3K–5K to absorb the unexpected.
Always customize your budget to make sure you are living a balanced life.
