Woah, Claude with Opus 4.8 was actually amazing to build a website for my new app. Previously, I had a @Kit landing page, but now I have an interactive website. Web development feels so much easier than iOS/macOS app development with Claude.

@DonnyWals My rule of thumb is after their first “wow moment”. Onboarding isn’t it !

Apple is no longer allowing apps to ask for review during a user’s onboarding experience. I think this is a good thing; ask for review when there’s actually something to review instead

Currently working on experimental UGC style for prelauncher left = ugc style (made to look like actual content that will show in the demographics feed. Less polished) right = default/professional style (is clearly a professional ad) I'm liking the ugc style better. But will be running tests to see whether they actually convert before I switch it over as the default ad style

@PaulSolt Codex and Claude workflow - which model did what? Interested in your flow. I tend to use Claude for design and user facing copy. I also sometimes use each as reviewer on specs the other one has created

I’m updating my Mac APP to version 2 today! - App revamped with colors and full screen
- New App Store screenshots - New App Store Preview video
I’m super excited about this release, it’s been in the works for years, but I had technical challenges. I couldn’t figure out how to get the windowing behavior I wanted.

Codex and Claude helped me fix it up. Fable 5 built an entirely new onboarding flow that’s interactive.

Think I’ve developed LLM hallucinations.. Has codex 5.5 high been slow as fuck for several days now or am I tripping?

Updating my App Store page today. Screenshots + videos are a lot of work and I haven't even attempted to localize yet.

43% → 63% in 3 days, then 71% today. that's the share of devices that can actually fire an alarm on Kairo now. the jump came from 3 little permission steps i added at the end of my onboarding. i pulled the data to be sure. vs users who skip them, the ones who grant them: → are 2.5x more likely to ever use the alarm → fire ~3x more alarms felt like FRICTION. turned out to be the screens SAVING my retention.

My new Mac app beta on TestFlight was just approved. I am so excited about this! This timer app is something that I use every single day, and it's going to be launching on the App Store later this week. Right now, it's just in beta, and I want to give you a sneak peek of what it looks like now. I use both Fable 5, Opus 4.8, and Codex GPT 5.5 to help revamp the whole onboarding experience that you're seeing here.

So Fable takedown was triggered by flawed Amazon security research? 🤔

@Dimillian That’s my life right now. I move from the home office where I have been using codex on mac , to the sofa where i then use codex mobile just to do “1 more thing” . Then it’s suddenly midnight

I can't use Codex Mobile because every time I use it, I notice something I need to fix or improve. Results? It's Monday morning, and I already have 7 PR open, and I didn't even started what I REALLY want to build yet.

The ASO tool I built using Fable has already given me some keywords + categories to go for. Got new feature requests: come back Fable! 🤣

I managed to get Fable 5 to build me an Apple ASO keyword research tool that doesn’t require seeding before they shut Fable down. It’s pretty fucking good.

The new codex feature inside ChatGPT app is insane. Instead of just doom scrolling whilst watching movies, I can now build apps that are intended to help people stop doom scrolling whilst watching movies 🤣🤣🤣🤣

17h update: 100k IG views on a brand new account IG sauce: • almost no warmup needed • unverified accounts can hit 6 figures • no need to 'seed' a niche following first • post a validated format (you can steal from tiktok) • stay consistent - post daily • reply to every comment in the first 60 min • shares > comments on ig (opposite of tiktok) • faces > faceless content should i write a full article? drop 'yo' :)

24h later and ig is STILL pushing this video. 84k views on a brand new account. not because i'm a content genius, but because i stopped being precious about where to post. same content, different platforms, different ceilings. always post everywhere.

I was fired from Anthropic today. I was the engineer responsible for shipping the latest dev/claude-code npm package. Wanting to improve the debugging experience for the team, I decided to include source maps in the release. This resulted in our entire internal codebase being publicly exposed including thousands of files with every agent command, all system prompts, the complete query engine, Undercover Mode, Bypass Permissions Mode, and our internal telemetry configuration. I take full responsibility. I genuinely believed the safeguards Claude Code had built for me would be adequate and it was a serious miscalculation on my part. My actions have unintentionally open-sourced major parts of Claude’s architecture well ahead of schedule. I apologize to the team and to Claude.
