@adamstatonsmith Yeah ours was a similar situation house epically failed a raydon test and it was like $100k to fix…buyer didn’t want to cover a $1 so we walked.

We backed out of a house and walked away from 5k Just as rates were climbing in the fall of 2022.
We went in contract at a house when we could secure 4.5% debt. By the end of our due diligence. Rates were low sixes.
The house later sold for 100 grand less than what we were in contract for
