@BoycottGlazers @Aviation_Intel MANPADS are useful vs jets and cruise missiles but less so against a drone with a motorcycle engine. We need a low cost weapon so we stop blowing through expensive JASSM and Tomahawks. But we can improve it, and have, by adding starlink and a camera for hitting moving targets.

@cusebeach @Aviation_Intel Iran have plenty of MANPADS and have demonstrated that. While degraded, their layered AD seems to be holding, enough for the US to refrain from moving away from JASSM.

@BoycottGlazers @Aviation_Intel It’s a numbers game, shooting them down isn’t hard but it takes personnel and weapons to do so. Also US adversaries have weaker air defenses so ours are more likely to get through

@Aviation_Intel It's fun how we pioneered drones with weapons on them, we had small suicide drones already in service, we have tons of cruise missiles, but a later-produced cheaper suicide drone that could go the distance of a cruise missile had to be reverse-engineered for us to do this.

@zehraavadh Because allowing armed groups outside the control of the state to shoot rockets off into a neighboring country usually results in that country shooting back. I don’t support Israel and the US hitting Iran but this wasn’t Lebanon’s fight, and Hezbollah dragged you in.

@GoodVibePolitik Even then, the Germans were sending V2s to hit London until the closing days of the war, Japan was sending Kamikazes and Balloon bombs to the west coast. Asymmetry in warfare is hardly new. Shaheed drones are basically slower but cheaper and more accurate V1 buzz bombs.

They are so rude unprovoked and have no passion to improve their lives. Getting in relationships with them adds no value it’s like getting a dog

@PE4422 @carbo_al Yep, it’s their revenge for their parents dropping them off at the mall which was pretty much the equivalent of dropping your kid in front of an iPad back then. They have a less nostalgic view of their childhoods, latchkey kids and all.

But I also just had to accept the risk of rejection, which happened plenty, not the risk of being labeled a creep and shamed online.

I’m sorry, but I just can’t follow people who willing create NSFW content, whether it be for money or personal “freedom.” My faith aside, People don’t realize just how badly these type of things affect other people, not just spiritually, but mentally, socially, even physically to an extent. Most people don’t even want a real relationship anymore because it’s much easier to look at an object than pursue a real connection. Families get torn apart or never even really start. And even when you say you’re going to stop, your own mind tricks you into never wanting to stop, because it becomes as addictive and damaging as any other drug. Maybe it is personal for me, maybe it’s foolish of me to think I could ever overcome this addiction, but I can’t say that I am a man of Christ and willingly support those who would ultimately turn people away from him. I want to be better than that!

@run_charizard Started a family, got married at 30, went to law school and found I had no time and my wife and I just found the community mostly incompatible with a family life but I’ve seen some who have managed to keep balance.
