@premierinn how come the room heating always goes off when you leave the room It’s utterly freezing when you get back (so uncomfortable). Also, it’s so noisy that i can’t get a decent sleep. Twice last night it woke me up sounding like a boiling kettle.

First @dhlexpressuk try to deliver well outside the window they communicated, then they said they will redeliver, but didn’t. Particularly frustrating as the shipment is perishable!

@cwooluk Okay great, they have gotten back to me and say it's an isolated issue with a coach rather than the whole train so it's safe to run the service. Apologies for any initial discomfort caused. ^Charlene

@LNER awful journey from Kings Cross to Leeds. The train was late and then the aircon is knackered and we’re all boiling. Shocking service
