I'm no Laurie Voss, but for my own mental health I think I'll have to do the same.

When I was in my 20s, I wished I only worked for equity (because I was lucky enough to afford it). This industry taught me that everything you "own" as an employee relies on what your managers think, and it can be lost in a single reorg. And it happens again and again.

Lots of folks ask me if I have an approach for creating docs/video content. I do! 1. Turn the information into a DAG 2. Assign groups to areas of the graph 3. Figure out a linear way through those groups I've done this for the TS course, XState docs, Turborepo & Turbopack docs.
