@Uber_Support I placed a grocery order at 16:43. The supermarket accepted the order but are now closed until 7am tomorrow. How do I know if my order is actually going to come? This is ridiculous, last weekend we missed the cinema because our takeaway came so late. Please advise.

@UberUKI_Support Please could you explain why an item is on offer, but when I add it to my basket it charges me full price? It does this with every single item…. When I go to pay it’s the full amount, not the discounted item amount. Thank you.

@coopuk Hey - why is it when I order on @UberEats @UberUKI_Support I am paying full price for discount items? See photos - item is £2.85 but I am still being charged full price on checkout. This is the same for all the items.
