@HMRCcustomers HOw do I discuss charges relating to Self Assessment when the phone line keeps cutting me off becuase you cant talk to me right now

@HMRCcustomers On Gov GW, under Self Assessment, it just states "Your Balance: £87 overdue" - no explanation, no statement, no letter and presumably interest accruing all the time. I cant even see any confirmaiton of the payments I have made so far

@HMRCcustomers It was sumbitted late (beginning Feb), yes I have paid outstanding, and I have paid £100 fee, and I have paid interest, and I have another charge just appeared on my account. It is frustrating that there is no statement available and no-one to talk to
