@GWRHelp Hi, are you aware that both ticket machines seem to be out of service at your Dorking Deepdene station (DPD) Day 2 that I am aware of. Lots of cheesed off customers coming here today (DKG) just been verbally abused by one. Happy days!

Hello there. We try to make sure we have the right train for the service but sometimes there are times where trains develop a fault. We aim to provide a replacement train with the same number of carriages, but this isn't always possible. We would rather use a train with fewer carriages than cancel the service completely, but we do appreciate how frustrating this is. @GWRHelp how come the 16:13 from Bath to Paddington only has 5 carriages and will I get any money back for the fact I paid first class, now have no seat reservation, and there's people with standard tickets sitting in the carriage saying it has been declassed?

@GWRHelp On 10.13 Bath to Paddington. Reduced carriages, everyone cramped and standing, no seat reservations, people with 1st class tickets have wasted their money because it’s been declassified. 5 cars rather than 9!! Shocking. How can I get a refund?
