Wild take. The ECCA literally allows families—not billionaires—to apply for scholarships that follow the child, not the donor. Funds go through nonprofits, not to “rich people’s private schools.” Parents use them for tuition, books, tutoring, even transportation—whatever helps their kid succeed. Sorry if that offends your one-size-fits-all worldview, but not every family wants their child in a school that clashes with their faith or values. Choice ≠ theft. It’s freedom. Read the bill.

It is little more than a dollar-for-dollar tax break for wealthy individuals and corporations, allowing them to redirect public tax dollars to private schools of their choosing.
