It makes ZERO logical sense to force those people into alternative transport systems for the occasional trip into the downtown they need to make.

Cars move people but bikes move more people - and need less space to do it. Which is why bikes, not cars, make sense in cities.

If you heard Doug Ford say only 1.2% of Torontonians bike to work and thought, "That can't be true" — you're right.
The real number is around 10%.

My comment is that its kinda hard to collaborate productively with someone who reacts like this in a discussion. And she's not alone in having that reaction.
