i went viral, again, but this time 10+ news channels covered me across their website (and some on Instagram too). i wrote a tweet about my experience working in Germany and how much I roughly earn now (the numbers in the article are a bit bloated) and it picked up on X and then leading channels like Moneycontrol & The Economic Times started writing their articles. something this article failed to highlight: ✅how I have optimized most of my working process and I can work remotely while travelling around. ✅I am working less hours per day (compared to my FT job) but still being equally productive (and earning 2-3x more). building in public never fails, i am glad i started it 3 years ago!

Most founders don't fail because of bad code. They fail because they build for themselves, not for customers

@MShaiz9 the real validation you'll get is to talk to customers directly and build for them

@itzsam_ai Building for yourself works when you are the customer. The real trap is assuming everyone else has the same problem the same way you do. The best way to validate is to go where your potential customers already complain and listen before you build.

I really mean it. please take a deep breathe, and think what could be the reason, and fix it today. like right now. and if you already have 10 people supporting you, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to double or triple that number.

I made this guy fly from Australia to SF, and he went from $0 to $1M ARR in 2 months. A lot of people pretend to be ambitious, but never actually execute. Gaurav was different. 72 hours after our first call, he flew from Australia to San Francisco. The people who succeed are usually the ones who optimize their entire lives around maximizing the probability of success. They stop worrying about everything else. Gaurav is one of those people. He gives me way too much credit and always thanks me, but the truth is that everything was done by him and his team. Watching them execute has been one of the most inspiring things for me personally. This is the beauty of San Francisco. The most exceptional people in the world somehow end up here eventually. Meeting this team was pure luck for me!
