@BradGillMD @NityaAbraham @bkwelk I do preferentially rx trospium when beta-3 not an option but consider darifenacin, fesoterodine low risk as well for cog risks! All assuming intact BBB and working Pgp pumps. Not convinced there are clinically meaningful efficacy diffs among avail OAB meds

Theoretically no blood-brain barrier passage, so maybe less cognitive risks?
