We’ve got a bloody email and text from them telling us they had cancelled our cruise and telling us we would automatically get a refund!!!! @Tui

@TUIUK I need my money back from my holiday cancelled in March due to covid. You haven’t even sent us a refund note?? We can never get through by phone. The 2 times we have you’ve said the refund will be in our account within 10 days. It’s not.... it’s now June!! Legal action?

Been 13 weeks since TUI cancelled our Caribbean cruise due to covid. Still waiting for our refund.... had no email ..... no refund credit note.... no communication whatsoever. There must be a way to contact TUI other than by phone??? In despair at the mo!!!
@Lindsey222333@FirstChoiceUK Totally agree!!!! TUI cancelled our holiday in March..... not even had a refund voucher yet!!! We need our money back..... the money that is sat in their bank account!!!! Shocking .... and from a company we have used fir years!!!
