@AmericanAir WTH. Family is trying to get home after burying their father/grandfather and after two days stuck in HNL their flight is canceled. For the love of God, why can’t you do your basic job and get people from point A to B. Shouldn’t take 4 days to return from Japan.

@AmericanAir how does a fathers death with death certificate supplied not qualify for a flight refund? Boggles the mind. This is why your reputation is going down the toilet. You could care less about your customers and the service you provide it’s all about their money. Sad.

@HomeDepot spent $2700+ on new appliances. The installer YOU GUYS sent out screwed up installing the dishwasher and it flooded my kitchen when it drains. 45 minutes on hold, three different transfers and I’m told you guys can’t do anything about it. What a miserable experience.
