apparently the highest level of customer service in @amazon online chat can't handle uncomfortable questions and prefers to cut off conversations with their customers when they are asked for an issue to be escalated 🤬

@AmazonHelp PS compensation suggestion was asked for and given, email was promised yesterday to address this. team don't seem to have a way to deal with a complaint about them wasting customer time and providing bad info
