With the extraction, they have more evidence against Karen. Why aren’t you mad that TB and Karen did this? They are just mad they are getting caught. Mind blowing!!!!

Since the news came out that Karen Read and @adamdeitch had private communications, I thought it important to continue to show this trend of impropriety (to say the least). Dan Wolfe and Alan Jackson from @WerksmanJackson were communicating during Trial 1 - after which Wolfe didn’t just throw away his phone - he deleted everything and changed wireless carriers. When the Court demanded the records of his communications, Wolfe simply sent a summary spreadsheet to the defense in defiance of the Court’s order. No back up. No mention of Signal. No ability to recover anything before he switched carriers. That landed him in this voir dire with Attorney Hank Brennan who uncovered all of this via pretrial Touhy requests. We vote for Republicans but apparently we aren’t represented by anybody. Failing to pass the SAVE Act is the most disgraceful inaction I’ve ever seen from a political party.

See, LYK thinks that if Karen and TB had a “good faith” basis to believe what they were saying/pushing was true, it is not defamation. This is simply not the case. In Massachusetts, simply believing a statement is true is not enough to shield someone from defamation liability because truth is not an absolute defense if actual malice (defined as "malevolent intent" or "ill will") is proven, particularly in private matters. Under M.G.L. c. 231 § 92, a truthful statement can still result in liability if published with malicious intent, distinguishing Massachusetts from many jurisdictions. Look up Noonan vs. Staples where actual malice includes “ill-will”. This is a case where even malice “ill-will” trumped even the truth. But, anyone with half a brain knows that TB’s, and Karen’s (through TB) statements were not true. Under Massachusetts law, defamation requires proving five elements: (1) a false statement of fact, (2) about the plaintiff, (3) published to a third party without privilege, (4) with at least negligence by the defendant, and (5) either causing economic loss or qualifying as defamation per se. Defenses are truth, opinion, privilege and sometimes retraction. You can’t sue someone for saying they are “crazy” for example. You can sue someone for saying “has a documented mental disorder” if this false. If you state something as fact, “this person is a murderer” vs “I believe with the evidence I have seen that this person might have committed the crime”. The latter is an opinion. Words matter. Some categories of false statements—called libel per se or slander per se—are so widely understood to be harmful that they are presumed to be injuries. Examples include statements that falsely claim that someone: 1) committed a crime 2) has an infectious disease (often a sexually transmitted infection) 3) lacks professional integrity or competence, or 4) engaged in improper sexual conduct. Then, you have public vs. private individuals. Public figures must show that they were defamed with actual malice. In other words, they must show that the person who defamed them made the false statement knowing it was false, or with reckless disregard for the truth. Public figures include politicians, movie stars, professional athletes, and celebrities. Private figures only need to show that the person who defamed them acted negligently(carelessly) when making the false statement. So, my prediction is that TB is listening to YouTube lawyers and he is going to double down on the evidence that he thinks makes the witnesses culpable and double down on his statements. He’s wrong🤣

A damning new public records request shows that Greg Connor was very involved in the Karen Read prosecution, and he lied about it. 🗣 In February 2026, when he announced his run for District Attorney, Norfolk County Chief Trial Counsel Greg Connor said he had no involvement in the Karen Read case or the murder investigation into John O’Keefe. He even pointed to the fact that Hank Brennan was brought in as a special prosecutor for the second trial, as if that cleared him completely. Spoiler: It doesn’t. Because if Connor truly had nothing to do with this case, especially the second prosecution, then why are there 7,428 emails after the July 2024 mistrial? That is not a small number. That is not someone on the sidelines. That is someone actively involved. We already saw him sitting in the courtroom during trial one, taking notes. At the time, it seemed minimal. Now it looks like that was just what was visible. The emails tell a much bigger story, and it directly contradicts what he told the public. This is a major credibility problem for Connor. You cannot say you had no involvement when the records suggest the opposite. 🤯 Connor held a public-facing role and his communications are subject to public records laws. He knew that. Which makes this even worse, because it shows a willingness to say one thing publicly while doing another behind the scenes. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Connor is shaping up to be Morrissey 2.0. If people are not paying attention when they vote, we will see more Karen Read’s in the future.
