Indiana is a brilliantly built basketball team. Shooting all over. Defenders everywhere behind Haliburton. Multiple decision-makers on court at almost all times. Siakam trade got them a real mismatch threat on the interior, too.
Pritchard/Buchanan deserve a ton of credit.

Indiana was just so lethally pinpoint in attacking mismatches whenever they presented themselves. Mitchell on Siakam on the block? Hali is gonna find him. Allen picks up a non-big in transition? Immediate guard to guard screen.

@nweldon I’m not sure, honestly. Anything I say would be just as informed as a fan, to be honest. Harder to keep a pulse when I’m on the beat day-to-day like I used to be. However, I do know I will enjoy watching him play for as long as he’s a Pacer.

People hated Reggie Miller in the moment. HATED him. They declared that he was overrated and that the Pacers would never win anything. And because of that, all of Reggie’s late game heroics and playoff wins drove those people insane. Can you imagine what that was like?
