@ScotGreen_75 @simoncholland In one work week I consistently use ~85% of my tank, so naturally I just fill it up once a week on the same day after work. Why make my life more busy keeping it at over 3/4 full when I have a routine and know I have enough to last until my usual fill day?
English

Who lets their tank get to 72 miles? I tip my car off every weekend even if I’ve only driven 80 miles on that tank. If it’s a heavy drive week as soon as it gets to half tank i refill it. Is this weird? I literally took my daughter’s car for a few days whe i realized she was coasting on fumes. As a woman- always keep your tanks full.
English

@Boris72947177 @holy_modem @normal_regimiro So just use the kitchen too? If your housemate who cooks a full meal refuses to let you also put something in the oven or microwave while they are in there prepping that is a separate issue, not just that they cook 🤨
English

@holy_modem @normal_regimiro I, very infrequently, need to eat.

@MoriBoita @yeaitstrill Bro overwatch is super popular with girls who play games. At this point it’s honestly wild how many couples I directly know that met in some way thru or adjacent to ow and are now married
English

@yeaitstrill Look at me in the eyes
Do you really think someone is gonna date a Valorant/Overwatch player? That's the "Hoe scaring" part, them players can be smelled from half a continent away even with mask

@ReviewsPossum It’s 2026. They are likely both working similar, boring 40hr jobs.
Even if the post was 10, 20 years old there was reasonable chances they both held 9-5 office jobs. Husband slaving away for 50-70hrs in a factory while woman has no job as the norm is very outdated
English

If your husband is working 50 hours a week to put a roof over your head, you can put the dishes in the machine without complaining.
Sarah@SarahDuggers
No, I hate to see you relax while I hoover, do three loads of washing, empty the dishwasher and plan what to cook. Hope that helps.
English

@justalexoki In a vacuum both of these are perfect fine dispositions, absolutely nothing wrong with having the treat yourself OR saving it for the children. Problem only comes if the latter is judgemental about the former like the artist probably is
English

women actually love throwing themselves on the sword for no reason, and then complain about it
Josh Rainer@JoshRainerGold
Who remembers this one?
English

@LorrieBoca @HazelAppleyard It’s tricky when she now also has to find a new relationship in that short time too
English

@HazelAppleyard It’s cruel but 36 is not the end of her child bearing years. I had my last child at 44. Naturally conceived. It’s possible
English

@DanteNotAlmeida @CartoonsHateHer @Aella_Girl I’d say it’s different if you naturally change your own mind on kids over time, which can often be the case as people get older and priorities change. But if you are actively still against it and a partner is pressuring you for a child, that’s comparable to the polyamory post
English

@CartoonsHateHer @Aella_Girl People can change that though. I used to feel that way about it and no longer do.
English

@nicwebby @TaraBroadway @trentjhughes There's already enough paperwork to do working in childcare when you DO have a manger & other staff, must be sooo much to do if you're running the whole show yourself
English

@TaraBroadway @trentjhughes My aunt used to run a daycare in her home. Yes, she paid all of that. Business license, insurance, certification to be a daycare provider, supplies. The first month of fees she charged paid for all of that. The remaining eleven months she was open was income.
English

@Cubanagabby @kjzinn03 @SeligerGrants @trentjhughes 1 to 11 is the ratio where I live for children over 3. It's still not great logistically cos (in an actual school setting) if you need to grab something from the supply shed, go to the toilet, attend to a toileting accident or injury etc. there is nobody available to step in
English

@Oishii_Somen @WholesomeMeme If ur girl isn’t into video games u need to get her started on stardew valley and then move on from there
English

@mc_grath6 @AlboMP Highschool teachers already have several class sessions allocated to be planning time per week. Schools could easily accommodate the work from home day by scheduling these all on one day for each teacher vs scattered through the week, with no or little change to their wage

@thnuaa @Aella_Girl @musings_blonde It’s not uncommon for mums who have alcohol (legal drug) to also pump and ‘waste’ a little bit of milk in the hours after having a few drinks. Baby will do fine on some previously frozen milk or milk expressed earlier in the day, it’s not a big deal as long as baby still eats
English

@mick_g_w @DipshikhaGhosh If the baby and night nurse you hire for your child are good women, does that not encourage you that you could find a similar woman to actually marry and raise the child with you?
English

@DipshikhaGhosh you can just hire a nanny and a night nurse, they don't nag you
English

And what will men do once these babies are born? Give up their jobs to take care of them? Feed them every 2 hours? Clean them? Take them for vaccinations? The joke writes itself.
Steve@Loverism__
Technology is growing at a high rate, once they successfully make this robot that can give birth,it's over for you, ladies
English

@dyingscribe A core part of the devastation of the ick is that it happens from something a person does with zero awareness that what they’ve done has caused their partner to get the ick
English

@megannn_lynne It sounds harsh and definitely won’t be helpful for some, but hearing a perspective similar to this really helped me when I was younger to not be so self deprecating
English

@viridisartem Seems like it would be disastrous for the mother’s bones and general nutrient stores, hair health etc (not to mention pelvic floor) to get anywhere even remotely close to this number. Would be extremely taxing on the body without very careful nutrition and exercise planning
English

I keep seeing this and I want tell yall that birth is the worst pain a human can go through and no one should be doing that 30 times
Sierra@Sierra_rak
Just cause you can, doesn’t mean you should.
English

@webdevMason This is what happens when you trap a cat inside your home.
A cat needs to go outside to run of steam and act on its instincts, it's not made to be a toy for a redditor.
People with poorly behaving pets is 9/10 that they don't get them enough stimulation outdoors.
English

@Juribeyapping Eh at the end of the day, who cares, plenty of people exist at ranks that aren't right, it happens (unless they were like, actively being boosted vs just eventually got there w lucky wins)
English

@i0ki_LoL @poorlilbaby Ye, it was a broad statement, it is hard to measure how bad a feeling is when the feeling is less personally impactful to u but I appreciate that u would somewhat exp that in a justice oriented way. This post just popped on my for you page, idk ur account at all as u say
