I used to hit legs with only leg presses, curls, and extensions. Then I realized if it seems too easy to be true, it is. So I did what anyone would do. Gave the boys a tug to remember they’re still down there (they’re bigger s/o 3000iu hcg per week) and took the pre-workout needed to finish a real leg day, DMAA. Part of the challenge is the VA calling what is more like workman's comp "disability" which normies confuse with unemployable SSDI.

It's actually ok for @sircalebhammer to highlight the kind of people who are likely gaming the VA system. It balances out VSO's who often behave more like a Labor Union than anything else and continue to demand more, regardless of cost or efficacy.
