@Skratch They’re too busy grinding away starts to take breaks because they’re locked out of pathways to the tour.

@LouStagner @LouStagner could you get the team at @ArccosGolf to add some of these features to help folks that like measuring these leading indicators. I know the platform has so many great insights but seeing some of these trends over time would have greater impact on the psyche than SG.

What's GIR+1? Simple: You're on the green putting for no worse than par. Par 3: On in 2 or better Par 4: On in 3 or better Par 5: On in 4 or better

🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦🐦 ARE BIRDIES FUN? YES!! 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃 Are they your ticket to lower scores? No! THE DATA Let's take a look at 10 index players. When they shoot 79 or lower: ➡️Avg score for these rounds = 77.5 ➡️Avg birdies per round = 1.7 ➡️Avg doubles (or worse) per round = 0.4 When they shoot 89 or higher: ➡️Avg score for these rounds = 91.8 ➡️Avg birdies per round = 0.4 ➡️Avg doubles (or worse) per round: = 5.7 The difference in average score for good vs bad rounds is 14.3 shots. The difference in average birdies in good vs bad rounds is 1.3 shots. BIRDIES DO NOT MOVE THE NEEDLE Only 1.3 out of the 14.3 shot difference is from more birdies! More birdies is NOT what is allowing our 10 index friends to post a great round. WHAT DOES MOVE THE NEEDLE? 10 index players average 5.3 more doubles (or worse) in their bad rounds. That is a HUGE difference. THE KEY TO LOWER SCORES: Turn triples into doubles Turn doubles into bogeys Turn bogeys into pars (Data from @ArccosGolf)

@DannyCipriani87 If Rodman can be coached, then can’t everyone. Phil Jackson seemed to make a few convoluted teams into cohesive championship winning teams.

If you’re a coach and you can’t coach an 11 year because he is rowdy. You need to look at yourself. If you’re a coach and you can’t coach an 18 year old who isn’t connecting with you, you need to look at yourself. If you’re coaching a professional team to be the best and you can’t coach an individual because he is different, you need to look at yourself. Less of the Uncoachable and coachable. It’s your role to facilitate. It isn’t about you… Have a good day people 🙏🏽❤️

@Jason Why don’t we do this a % of @cartainc customers though? If this is simply just data on their customers shutting down.

Next up at #CCE2022, @granthalloran, #CEO of @Planful, is talking about #CFO leadership of digital transformation as well as the steep spend required on #cloudcomputing. Companies “are in a funk” right now and pressure is growing on CFOs to come up with answers.

What is one golf-related phrase, word, stat or reference that everyone uses but you don’t understand and have always been afraid to ask what it means? (Feels like this is not an original question, but I can’t remember who first asked it). I’ll drop my answer shortly.

Leaders lead. How do you create a culture of innovation in finance? @Gartner_inc is saying leaders should start with culture change in themselves.

Shocking the goal posts move when we introduce AI. Does this change in expectation mean CFOs create new barriers for adoption? #gartnerfinance
