@O2 I have access to my o2 and the account is signed in. Click the link to say I’m a customer of o2 & virgin to link for my volt benefits and that’s the page I get every time

@O2 It’s the same through the app and through the website. Just will not go to the page

@O2 Yes. I go to the o2 site and click ‘customer of both’ it then asked me to sign in, and then this page shows up as if it’s not there at all. VM account is fine and o2 account fine but won’t open the page to even link them together
