@Arval_UK had a tyre replaced on a JLR sal sac vehicle using the booking process (lease includes tyres) now KwikFit chasing me for payment as apparently Arval telling them it’s not covered for tyres when it is? I need urgent help with this please

@O2 Yes. I go to the o2 site and click ‘customer of both’ it then asked me to sign in, and then this page shows up as if it’s not there at all. VM account is fine and o2 account fine but won’t open the page to even link them together
