🇧🇷 Women of the Landless Rural Workers' Movement (MST) of Brazil occupied land to mark the Day of Women's Struggle 2026 and demand their rights. About 400 MST women occupied land of the Fazenda Santo Hilário, where there have been denunciations of slave work and violence, and which the Federal Supreme Tribunal has already designated for land reform. Protesters also demanded an end to other capitalist crimes of agribusiness and mining companies in the country. The MST continues to tirelessly fight for land reform in Brazil, a country with high rates of land-access inequality.
