By the way, the referee in that Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona match was pure class.
The audacity, the aura, having control of the whole match, not letting anyone or the occasion intimidate him.
He showed it from the start that he won’t be giving cheap fouls and stood by that rule till the final whistle.
He knew players will try to get cheap fouls and he wasn’t taking it from the very start. It’s a quarter final, you will fight for every ball and won’t get a lucky freekick.

Netherlands, before covid My first time abroad I didn’t have any euros in me On my first day at work, at 5pm, Michelle shows up at my work desk “You’re the new guy. Welcome to Rotterdam!” Then tells me it’s 5pm. People here don’t work overtime. “Let’s go have dinner!” So I pack my laptop and off we go Witte de withstraat. Probably the most popular street in Rotterdam We have a sumptuous meal. I tell her I do not have any Euros in me as I forgot to convert. She tells me not to worry and, hear this.. She hands me her own credit card!!! Tells me to use it everyday for all my needs. Just that I should return it and pay back when I am sorted!! She blessed my life abroad in every possible way. At the moment that I most needed it. Michelle Heah. God bless your kind soul!

Sometimes back when Baba went to campaign in Kileleshwa, the rally became very heated. The crowd was energetic, leaders were pushing to speak, and everyone wanted a moment with Baba.
When Robert Alai arrived late, he insisted on speaking after Baba. But Edwin Sifuna denied him the chance. That decision did not go well with Alai.
Alai became furious. In anger, he moved towards Sifuna ready to fight. Baba kept calling out, “Alai, Alai, Alai, stop!” but he did not listen.
What followed shocked many. Kumbe Sifuna was strong. He stood his ground and overpowered Alai. The scuffle ended with Alai falling into a water drainage filled with dirty water.
From that day, people in Westlands started calling Sifuna “Etalangi,” meaning Simba. He had defended himself and, as many said, beat Alai on his home ground.

SUSPECT ARRESTED, STOLEN PRODUCE RECOVERED IN MURANG’A COUNTY
Police officers in Ithanga/Kakuzi Sub-County have arrested a suspect and recovered stolen pineapples during a patrol.
The officers, drawn from the CIPU and working in collaboration with private security, intercepted and arrested the suspect within Field 12 at Del Monte Farm.
A total of 103 fresh pineapples, believed to have been stolen from the farm, were recovered. Upon arrest, the suspect was placed in police custody pending arraignment in court.
The National Police Service continues to urge members of the public to support efforts aimed at combating crime by sharing information via the toll-free numbers 999 and 911, or anonymously through #FichuaKwaDCI on 0800 722 203 / WhatsApp 0709 570 000.
