RockawayX and our market-neutral (DeFi yield) fund were not financially impacted by the Drift exploit, but, like any active liquidity provider, we had to react fast to the ripple effects. First, we quickly provided additional capital to @kamino as rates significantly increased due to outflows. We work closely with @onrefinance, both in its ONyc pool and via our diversified RWA vault, where it's a key exposure. We acted to keep the ONyc price stable, which had roughly $6m of selling pressure on the secondary market. These events hurt users and understandably dent trust in DeFi - which is painful...because we've collectively made real strides. Indeed, we see the limited contagion spread in this case as a sign of how far Solana’s DeFi ecosystem has matured. Onwards 💚
