PSG came into the game knowing exactly how to deal with every system and set-piece routine we use. If you watched carefully, they were marking man-to-man and not leaving any players free in space for us to exploit. For sure, I think it was a lack of tactical adjustments from Mikel Arteta. I even saw him telling our goalkeeper to play the ball the same way PSG's goalkeeper was doing, which shows that PSG had already figured out how we wanted to play. For a team that usually defends very well, conceding a penalty in a Champions League final was disappointing. For me, the tactics from Mikel Arteta should have been better.
