Body camera footage shows a Miami officer directing traffic when a BMW driven by Menelek Clarke made contact with him
Police said the officer signaled for Clarke to stop, but the vehicle continued moving and struck him
Authorities said the officer was hit a second time and pushed onto the hood as the car kept moving
The officer then fired his weapon through the windshield, striking Clarke
Clarke’s sister said days later that she believes the shooting was wrongful

When the trunk slammed, the Uber thought it was the back door shutting and pulled off.
After maybe ten seconds, he realized his mistake and turned around in the parking lot to retrieve the passenger.
The low-impulse passenger tried to resolve the situation with violence and learned a very harsh lesson.
