There’s this babe that used to be my senior colleague in med school. She was objectively very pretty. I don’t know her score range in preclinicals but I know she always passed. Her room wasn’t far from mine in the clinical hostel so it was easy to notice when she actively started

According to the Nigerian outlet @SaharaReporters, the firm has “only one client” and “zero revenue in 2025.” This assertion comes as a surprise not only to us, but also to the @TheJusticeDept and to our clients. Here are the facts: Our firm represents foreign governments and international entities, which are monitored under @TheJusticeDept’s FARA. @SaharaReporters cites @OpenSecretsDC as its source for this inaccurate claim. The problem with that is simple: OpenSecrets tracks Senate lobbying disclosures, which are designed for domestic lobbying clients, not foreign principals. Our clients in 2025 are all foreign entities, not local U.S. entities. So when @SaharaReporters cites  @OpenSecretsDC to support its inaccurate claims, it either reflects a fundamental misunderstanding of U.S. law or a deliberate attempt to mislead the Nigerian public. At best, this is careless reporting. At worst, it is a coordinated narrative designed to distort facts in furtherance of the current #Nigerian government’s political interests. We urge people to read the @SaharaReporters article (link below). It is entertainin and a complete work of fiction. saharareporters.com/2026/04/04/adc… @MobilePunch @GuardianNigeria @PremiumTimesng @vanguardngrnews @TheNationNews @atiku @NGRPresident @HouseNGR @NGRSenate @CNNAfrica @BBCAfrica @Reuters @AFP

It’s Easter Monday and I want to speak some deeper truths. Moses went up the Mount Sinai and saw God (Exodus 33 vs 18) Thousands of years later, Elijah went up Mount Sinai and saw God. (1 Kings 19) Another Thousand years later, during the Transfiguration, Jesus went on the Mountain and saw both Moses and Elijah and discussed with them. The disciples described Jesus face as like the Sun. He looked like a God to them. (Mark 9) This means that Jesus existed outside the concept of Time and Space and was communicating with Moses and Elijah in their respective time. To Moses and Elijah, they were on the mountain speaking to God in their respective time. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. Keynote from this: Moses represented the Law, Elijah represented the Prophets. Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets.

You are worth $7m, Elizabeth If you sold your townhouse in Washington, you could pay for free lunch for children in a small African nation Show Bezos how it’s done
Elizabeth Warren@SenWarren

Jeff Bezos has $222 billion. If he paid my wealth tax this year, we could fund insulin in America for everyone who needs it plus free school lunch for every kid in Texas—and have plenty of money left over. And Bezos would still have $215 billion dollars to spare.

Cameroonians tried. They went to the polls and voted Biya out of office by overwhelming numbers last October. After Biya stole the election, Cameroonians took to the streets. Dozens were killed, thousands arrested and are still in prison today. One main opposition leader died while in custody. The winner of the election is in exile in Gambia. This constitutional change was introduced on a holiday, voted on the next day, by a parliament whose terms expired last year. Of the 380 eligible legislators, only 222 actually voted. (200 in favor - 52.6%). Meaning many many legislators simply didn’t show up. Biya has changed the Constitution so many times, whenever it suited him, that it no longer means anything. He has turned it into a simple tool for keeping power. #FreeCameroon 🇨🇲

@africatechie @BBCWorld @Sophie_Mokoena What are Cameroonians doing about this? How long will this go on?

actually, they can’t keep the same energy forever without new fuel. the exit strategy is always the best. once you exit, their energy supply stops. always exit when you realize you’re the oxygen feeding the fire.
