@SawyerMerritt i am a long term $TSLA investor but this drawdown is getting tiring. The stock has been flat for 5 hears.
I am still holding on till 2030 but need the stock to start driving up.
English

Since I first invested in $TSLA in 2015, I’ve gone through multiple major drawdowns: -74%, -60%, two separate -53% drops, another 50% decline, and many others. The whole market is down this year.
YTD performance:
• S&P 500: -5%
• Nasdaq: -7%
• Apple: -8.5%
• Nvidia: -8.5%
• Meta: -9%
• Amazon: -10%
• Tesla: -16%
• Microsoft: -19%
It's really not a big deal if you're a long-term investor. Tesla's long-term potential hasn't changed.

@xDaily Yet my random posts a few times per week get only 6 views. I know I’m not that interesting, but 6 views? (Hyperbole, but you get the point.)

INSIGHT: Nikita explains the algorithm's "author diversity rule".
Essentially, the algo wants to show posts from a variety of users, so if a user posts 100 times a day, they will have lower visibility on each post.

Nikita Bier@nikitabier
There is no concept of throttling. Our algorithm is completely open-sourced. We are the only social media company on Earth that has done that. What you’re referring to is the “author diversity rule”: If you spam the timeline, we can’t show all 118 posts to all your followers—because the app would be entirely one user.

@VivekGRamaswamy @VivekGRamaswamy - There are a lot of high-paying jobs from tech companies headquartered in Ohio that are being offshored to low-cost countries. We need to stop the bleeding.
English

The fastest way to make life more affordable in Ohio is by attracting more high-paying jobs to our state. That requires slashing property taxes, eliminating the income tax to compete with states like TX & FL, cutting red tape & speeding up permitting timelines. That starts in January after we win.

Carwow just released a new video to its 11 million YouTube subscribers titled: "Why Tesla Full Self Drive is Pointless!"
@carwowuk misleads its viewers into thinking Tesla’s Autopilot is FSD, even though FSD hasn’t been approved in the UK yet. Autopilot isn’t meant for city driving, yet they test of bunch of scenarios that Autopilot wasn't built to do in the first place....

@BreitbartNews American jobs are being offshored to low cost countries. Which means a shrinking middle class.

The crash happened Aug 18, 2025 on Houston's Eastex Freeway overpass. Case still pending.
So no dashcam interface at that time that would display the info like recent dashcam updates do.
However Tesla should have the telemetry data and should be able to prove whether she overrode or disengaged to cause the accident.
English

'TERRIFYING': Dashcam video shows the moment a Tesla Cybertruck, allegedly operating in self-driving mode, nearly sent a Houston mom and her infant off a bridge before violently crashing into an overpass barrier.
The woman claims she suffered multiple injuries from the incident and is now suing the automaker for $1 million.

It could simply be an accidental disengagement.
That got me thinking about how true Level 4 autonomy will work in practice.
Picture a driver falling asleep on supervised FSD: they tap the brake, press the accelerator, or bump the steering wheel hard with their knee.
In Tesla’s current setup:
• Brake tap or strong steering input immediately disengages the system, sudden handoff to a groggy driver (very risky).
• Accelerator press does not disengage, the car just speeds up while held, overriding speed control and features like auto-braking, then resumes normal behavior when released (different risk: unexpected acceleration).
Either way, these accidental inputs could lead to dangerous outcomes. Solutions like better input filtering, delayed disengagement, stronger driver monitoring, or true L4 (ignoring human inputs) are likely in the works, but under today’s supervised system, the edge cases remain real and far from ideal.

UPDATE: Elon Musk says the driver of this Cybertruck disengaged Autopilot four seconds before crashing, which means the driver was manually driving during this entire clip that Fox shared.
Elon: "As anyone knows who uses it, that video is not how Autopilot drives."
