Reducing rural social exclusion and isolation for people who have no access to a car or public bus service through community transport. Making transport safer.






RCTPs make around 200,000 journeys per year, with 91% of Dial-a-lift passengers being disabled and/or older people. These services ensure disabled passengers attend GP/health appointments, hospital appointments (within area), attend day centre opportunities, shopping, visit friends and family, post office/banking, training or local employment, and provide vital links to the public transport network. #communitytransport #SaveOurCT
