@eagle_patriot21 The jobs they are doing do not pay that much, the Indians are making about a 1/3 of what Americans earn for the same work. How are they able to afford a $500k home, on $30k a year with no credit history, or citizenship? Whos their lender?

A high volume real estate agent in Texas named Ram Konara is selling almost exclusively to Indian and H-1B buyers In the past few years the realtor has allegedly sold 1,761 homes This would be almost impossible for one agent, think of the math Not to mention, this is illegal and I’ll go over why He’s promoting in ethnicity specific communities and getting promotions from some builders for bringing South Asian buyers. This is discriminatory practices under Texas Real Estate Commission Rule 531.19, which prohibits marketing or disclosures based on race and national origin But it doesn’t stop there, he’s scamming other realtors and using race loyalty with foreigners being imported Here’s what I found he does The buyers are reportedly told to find homes themselves, tour with other listing agents, then switch to Konara to write the contract He then rebates most of his commission back to them, only keeping $1,000. This is framed as a “great deal” for buyers but criticized what’s really happening is he is free-riding on other agents’ time and effort All foreigners do is find ways to scam in America. It literally never ends

The City of Frisco has confirmed: The Rally Against Rednecks is officially on. If you can manage to get your old Chevy off of blocks and running, it may be worth leaving the trailer park for this one. It’s still to be determined who’s responsible for bringing the keg of natty light. However, rumor has it @KidRock may show up.

OK, so I called back to the city of Frisco and spoke with a either Mickey or Nikki. She then asked if I was a reporter which I said just a concerned citizen and I said that we are concerned about a June 2 5 PM rally that is happening and she said we are aware of it and the Frisco police department are aware of it and I said OK so is this something that is actually occurring or is should I just tell everybody it’s not going to happen just leave it be and she replied they have the right to hold a rally the city and the police are aware of it and that’s that so I said OK so if this turns ugly who’s going to be responsible and she said again, the police are aware of it and they have the right to hold the rally So so I’d say it’s ago!! You’d think all the white people working there would be offended by the name, Rally against Rednecks, but they’re probably paid off too😒 Frisco PD are compromised and I hope someone sues the pants off that whole city!! @DrNTXNews @PlumbNick @Shaleejustme @Jeetyeeter01 @rabbit_rascally @GeppettoFred @evilfeynman @HomefrontBeacon @info_maiden @DeplorableATX @KenPaxtonTX you might wanna look into this

Frisco Mayor Jeff Cheney gave the full red carpet treatment for the grand opening of Hocco The Indian Kitchen on Preston Rd in Frisco. Meanwhile, classic Texas BBQ joints and real American spots in his city are getting squeezed out. He is prioritizing curry and foreign chains over what actually built Frisco. This is how you replace Texas with Little India, one grand opening at a time. When does it stop? @CyberGreen09 #returntoindia

@Clint_IV @DLLS_Stars It would be, but I don't know where you find the land. At least the Willow Bend site gives you direct access to 2 tollways where you can go in all 4 directions.

@PopPop806 @DLLS_Stars I live in the area, the traffic around the willow bend area is a nightmare, and it’s only getting worse, and with all the apartments going up in that area, it will be the most densely populated area in DFW. With out a mass transit solution, the commute to the arena will suck.

I do not live in Dallas anymore, but lived there 25-ish years. Your comment about DART surprised me. I know DART. I have ridden DART, yet never consistently. My schedule and places I needed to be never agreed with a DART path. However, I simply do not think of Dallas as a mass transit city. Maybe that has changed a little since I lived there, although I was just there at the end of April for over a week, and not once did I think about trying to take mass transit somewhere. And from appearance, neither did anyone else. The traffic game is still knowing which path to take (quickly) to avoid the traffic issues. In the DFW area, you get in your car and you go. That is the mindset. Maybe that will change in 100 years, but I don’t think it’s going to change much in the next 20 to 30 years, because becoming more of a mass transit city is exactly what they started saying in the 80s. And it simply has not changed that much, if any. And I also read (not closely) about cities dropping out of their agreements with DART. I did some brief research. And again this is brief, but it looks like DART could transfer in around 2000 people into an area like Plano in one hour. You’re trying to fill a stadium that will hold probably somewhere around 20,000 people, give or take, for a hockey game. If my brief research is wrong, please forgive me, but 2000 people coming in through mass transit might be a minor consideration, but it might not be a consideration at all in where to locate games for a sports team. Even if you double the amount of mass-transit people, I believe it is still relatively minor in the thought process. Now, if you have all rails coming into an area, like downtown Dallas, that DOES make a difference. If you can get 2000 people from four or five different lines coming into downtown Dallas for a game (and get them home should the game run late) that could be a major consideration. What is important in the Willow Bend location is the availability of freeways, whether they cost or not. I assume anyone going to a hockey game, even if from Fort Worth 😉, can afford the tolls on a tollway. However, it should also be noted that there are not near as many highways coming into the Willow Bend area as there are coming into downtown Dallas. I’m not saying the Stars should move to Willow Bend. And, Laura Miller should’ve negotiated with Jerry Jones to make sure the Cowboys did not build outside of downtown Dallas. Because none of that leads to downtown Dallas being a vibrant location. The Stars will be OK fan-wise in either location, as long as their team is good. It is downtown Dallas, and the City of Dallas, that will lose. And I would like to point out that I don’t think current city management is near as good as the city management that was there with Laura Miller. So I don’t expect anything great to happen for the City of Dallas. By the way, living in Fort Worth is fantastic. Not trying to be offensive. Your post made me think about it. So just putting my points out there. Thanks for reading.

@Lassimak Sure you can make the math work by getting rid of some players, but that means the Stars would need to fill those roster spots with cheaper less quality players, in effect making the team worse.

If the Stars want to extend Jason Robertson this summer, they’re probably going to have to part ways with another player (or two) already under contract for next season. Here are four trades the Stars could make this offseason to make room ⤵️ dallasnews.com/sports/stars/a…

@All_Things_Mavs Depends on the deal, but Dallas would need a new city haul built and operational before they could move out of the old one, probably 3 years at the very least. And that’s if the voters agree to even pay for a new city haul. It would be years before the Mavs could start building

81% of Americans support requiring photo ID to vote. The only group that doesn’t? Elected Democrats in the House and Senate. It’s time to pass the SAVE America Act.

@FoxNews But you don’t need to show a birth certificate or prove you are a citizen for any of that stuff. If you really want to federalize voting, then you need a federal ID system

@sighsamuel He might be better then Petrovic, but they just took on additional $1.5M in salary for next season. That extra salary is going to impact signing players this summer.

Tyler Myer will fit in well for the Stars, bringing much needed size for the playoff battles ahead. Picking up a right handed, top 4 defenseman for $1.5MIL AAV is some very nice work by Jim Nill.

@WallStreetApes As someone who voted in Dallas county yesterday it was a mess. Dallas county had assigned polling places, but they did not tell people where to go on their voter ID card, only thing on the card was a code. And the website they set up to help people figure this out was down.
