@KevinGraySports Probably would have been different if the city sided with the Stars vs the Mavs, allowed the sale of Victory Park to the Stars for the 365 day revenue, and worked with the team on redoing the suites to increase premium seats and reduce suites.

The American Airlines Center being considered and then rendered obsolete, and not up to snuff by both the Mavericks and the Stars after just 25 years of existence is mind blowing when you think about it…

@jdk4177 @TheFourthPeriod I guess it's also for people coming in from opposing teams. I wonder if the Mavs will move as well then, as their lease is until 2031, and they were planning to go to Irving in a new arena built by Las Vegas Sands Corp.

On Dallas entering LOI to build a new arena in Plano, Bettman says they are excited about the possibility. "It's going to be really where the fans are, it's going to be perfect." 2/2

@HalfInchHollow @Lassimak This statement is true for only people living inside the 635 loop. Everyone else has already been making that drive to get to Stars games.

@Lassimak The worst thing the Coyotes did was move to Glendale from downtown. That was the start of their downfall. No one wants to drive 30 miles in rush hour 41 times per year to go to games. This feels eerily similar.

Breaking: The Dallas Stars have picked the Shops at Willow Bend in Plano as the site for their new arena and entertainment district. The team has submitted a letter of intent for the new development to Plano City Council, which will be voted on Monday. dallasnews.com/sports/stars/a…

I just built a content engine in Claude Code that writes blog posts in your brand's exact voice 🤯 One Claude plugin runs the whole content workflow: brand voice, research, writing, AI-slop scoring, and repurposing into social. It writes in YOUR voice, refuses to fabricate stats, and scores every draft 0-100. All inside Claude Code. So I pointed it at Grüns, one of the sharpest DTC brands out there. I fed it their homepage. In seconds it built a brand-voice profile, their playful anti-hype tone, the "Rip. Tip. Enjoy." cadence, the AG1-switcher audience, the 4.8★/100k-review proof. Then I asked for one post: "why your gut health controls your skin, hair, and energy." It came back publish-ready and scored 89/100 on the first pass: → Answer-first, with question headings AI engines can quote → Zero AI-slop phrases (no "unlock," no "in today's fast-paced world") → And it refused to invent a single stat, the fastest way to get a supplement brand demoted It sounded like Grüns wrote it, not ChatGPT. Perfect for e-comm operators and agencies who are sick of AI tools that all sound identical, $300 freelance posts that still need a rewrite, and content that reads like the slop Google now punishes. So I put together the full playbook to build your own. The complete guide to building this content engine in Claude Code: branded to you, tuned to your voice, repeatable across every client. The kind of post you'd pay a freelancer $300 for, written in minutes, in the brand's actual voice. What's inside: → The architecture (orchestrator + writer/editor/researcher agents) → How to capture any brand's voice into a reusable profile → The 0-100 scoring + AI-slop detection framework → The one-post-to-a-week-of-social repurposing loop → The full build, start to finish Want the playbook for free? > Like this post > Comment "CONTENT" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

@RepMikeLawler We are conservatives. If you can’t even support conserving the natural family then you are not just useless, but actively destructive to our movement and need to be primaried and removed from office. We’re not doing this anymore.

Claude is INSANE for podcast ads. We've generated over $106M for clients running this format on Meta, and the scripts now come straight out of Claude when you feed it the right structure. I packaged the prompts we actually use into a free guide: - Diagnose your hook - Write the two-voice script - Engineer the reaction lines - Even spin variations and brief the actors. Comment "PROMPTS" and I'll send it over. (Must be following)

If you don’t believe miracles happen, my op-ed on the doctrine of Providence, complete with reference to RC Sproul and the Westminster larger catechism, is the lead in the Washington Post’s opinion section of today’s Sunday edition. 😄 And for those who fighting the paywall, perhaps this might help! (And thanks again to religion editor @matthewschmitz for commissioning!)

Sucks for Buffalo. I felt like they were the better team, not just in this game, but in the series. With enough trade deadline juice they might have pushed through. Still, Buffalo vs. Montreal delivered on the whole, which is more than can be said for most of these series so far.

@Clint_IV @DLLS_Stars It would be, but I don't know where you find the land. At least the Willow Bend site gives you direct access to 2 tollways where you can go in all 4 directions.

@DLLS_Stars How can you build a major entertainment venue in DFW with out DART? Downtown Plano I think would be the better option, 2 DART rail lines converge there.

@presbyterianpew @JohnPennylegion Sadly far too many don’t take Witherow seriously “There is such a thing as being a Presbyterian without being a Christian, and it is possible to be a Christian without being a Presbyterian. Depend upon it, it is best to be both.”

@JohnPennylegion Yes, you're right. Leadership that disregards polity when it suits them is absolutely one way that people are cut off from the protections of polity. But I'm convinced the primary obstacle is that most folks in the pew don't know what options they have at their disposal.

How much protection can a Presbyterian polity provide...if the people the Presbyterian polity protects aren't privy to the protection the Presbyterian polity provides? This sounds like a tongue twister, but it's actually a mission statement. Spread the word. #iykyk #bco4all

A true highlight and gift to the assembly is the work completed by the DFW committee. This committee has produced a unifying DFW. Let us rally around it to complete this legacy project to the honor and glory of Christ. @AdrielTweets @nateshurden @joel_stclair
