I agree with the premise. I'd be honest with you: I have been to lots of countries, and very few of these are as welcoming and great as the Scots. Irish and English are also great people. Pakistanis/Muslims in general teach their children "not to be like Brits"; they aren't allowed to marry or have Europeans/British girls/boyfriends. That alone is already dangerous in my opinion.

When the people are living in almost enclosed communities it's impossible for them to integrate. This is a particular problem as we've seen in the rape gang inquiry. Asylum claims are not only about being “safe” in the basic sense. They can also be based on political persecution or situations where the country someone comes from does not provide enough legal guarantees. Tbh, the issue is that the asylum system is being abused, so people automatically view everything around it negatively. But realistically, if governments had dealt with this properly over the years, most people probably would not care about 150 people going through an asylum process, which is a very small number - remember, this has been the case for decades now. And again, if these are EU nationals, the UK Government should be able to verify and vet their claims far more easily than the bunch of illegal migrants who arrive without documents, with fake names, fake identities, etc...
