Thought about this for almost 30 days after getting the live account intimation from @fundingticks Decided to walk away and forfeit the account including the $18,500 balance across 3 $100k accounts. I honestly thought @Khldfx was just busy with personal stuff and might come back with something positive. But it’s pretty clear now the firm is being left to die. A live account w/ $1000 balance is a JOKE . Just not worth the time or energy. I had high hopes and spoke well about them for a long time..not anymore.‼️ Plenty of better firms out there. 🚨SCOOP: Talks between @SECGov staff and issuers looking to launch a $SOL spot ETF are “progressing” with the SEC now engaging on S-1 applications, according to two people familiar with the matter. These people say there’s a “good chance” we’ll see some 19b4 filings from exchanges on behalf of prospective issuers — the next step in the ETF approval process — in the coming days. Right now @vaneck_us, @21Shares and @CanaryFunds have all filed S-1’s for a Solana ETF, while @bitwise announced its intent to file an S-1 yesterday. The 19b4 forms would be filed by the exchanges such as the @CBOE on behalf of issuers, asking the SEC to allow them to list the prospective ETFs. I think I had 3$ in profit on that account. 2 months ago Ive heard that the compensation was 0,5% per week on the balance which makes 1000$ per week on 200k account. Today I asked again and I was told that the 0,5% per week was on the PROFIT, since my profit was 3$ I will get exactly 0,12$ as compensation for 8 weeks of waiting? Im sorry but is this even fair? ALPHA CAPITAL GROUP (@AlphaCapitalUK) SCAMMED ME! I didn’t want to go Public with this, but I am waiting a month for my payout or an answer from ACG. I am very sad about this whole situation, but the truth must be told. ACG scammed me! A Thread 🧵 : I bought 3 accounts with ACG - 2x 100k, 1x 200k earlier this year, in which I passed 1x 100k and 1x 200k. Upon passing I had to do KYC in order to receive funded accounts. On May 30th 2024 I received an email from ACG Team regarding my KYC that it was incomplete and needed a RE-DO. I have no problems with that and did what they asked me to do. On 30-31 of May I received an answer through email that the KYC went smooth, they checked and everything was approved. (Proofs in screenshots) On 5th June I finally received my first funded account and the second one on 19th June with ACG, thinking everything was OK, I spent numerous days trading on those accounts and made a big profit (for me). On 19th June I also requested a payout on the first 100k account (id 1568265), I will not talk about how ACG need 5 days to get to my payout, but on 24th June I received an email that my payout is REJECTED and KYC is breached. My ACG account was immediately deleted and payout denied. (???) ACG states that I am a resident of Vietnam, and that the country is banned. I replied that I am NOT a resident of Vietnam, that I live Czech Republic, I have original real Czech ID, documents, I did my KYC with that valid ID, that only Czech people have. It is even written on the document that my Nationality is Czech. I traded from phase 1 to funded stage until payout in Czech Republic. After 4 days of waiting and numerous tickets I finally got an answer that they can’t continue offering service to me, but offer me a refund for passed accounts (what about not passed one? What about my time spent trading on the accounts?) and that it is final. For me this is just a manipulation, did they think that I was unprofitable and gonna blow my funded anyways? I contacted the CEO George for this matter, I offered to get on a call or even fly to London to meet and prove my nationality and have a little talk about it. I got an answer on my email after few days, George reopened my case and promised I will get my final answer by Monday 8th of July 2024. Today is 16th of July and no answer from them yet. I again contacted Support team a few times but they seem to be ignoring me. My question is, why did they approve my KYC and gave me my funded accounts and then ban me due for KYC breach? The fact that the support team MANUALLY checked my ID and said that I am good to go. Isn’t it weird? Why are they claiming that I am a resident of Vietnam, when I am clearly not? Yes my name might be Vietnamese, but on all my documents I am a Czech. (Lived here for 20years, I am 21) It is also a bit racist isn’t it? . In conclusion I did nothing wrong, my documents are valid, I am not a resident of a banned country. I was very respectful during this process so If @AlphaCapitalUK decide that they won’t offer the services anymore then please have a bit of decency, refund me and give me my payouts please. Note that i am funded with every big firm out there and received payouts without any problems! Only ACG rejected my payout! Below are screenshots, proof and everything you need to know.
