ALPHA CAPITAL GROUP (@AlphaCapitalUK) SCAMMED ME! I didn’t want to go Public with this, but I am waiting a month for my payout or an answer from ACG. I am very sad about this whole situation, but the truth must be told. ACG scammed me! A Thread 🧵 : I bought 3 accounts with ACG - 2x 100k, 1x 200k earlier this year, in which I passed 1x 100k and 1x 200k. Upon passing I had to do KYC in order to receive funded accounts. On May 30th 2024 I received an email from ACG Team regarding my KYC that it was incomplete and needed a RE-DO. I have no problems with that and did what they asked me to do. On 30-31 of May I received an answer through email that the KYC went smooth, they checked and everything was approved. (Proofs in screenshots) On 5th June I finally received my first funded account and the second one on 19th June with ACG, thinking everything was OK, I spent numerous days trading on those accounts and made a big profit (for me). On 19th June I also requested a payout on the first 100k account (id 1568265), I will not talk about how ACG need 5 days to get to my payout, but on 24th June I received an email that my payout is REJECTED and KYC is breached. My ACG account was immediately deleted and payout denied. (???) ACG states that I am a resident of Vietnam, and that the country is banned. I replied that I am NOT a resident of Vietnam, that I live Czech Republic, I have original real Czech ID, documents, I did my KYC with that valid ID, that only Czech people have. It is even written on the document that my Nationality is Czech. I traded from phase 1 to funded stage until payout in Czech Republic. After 4 days of waiting and numerous tickets I finally got an answer that they can’t continue offering service to me, but offer me a refund for passed accounts (what about not passed one? What about my time spent trading on the accounts?) and that it is final. For me this is just a manipulation, did they think that I was unprofitable and gonna blow my funded anyways? I contacted the CEO George for this matter, I offered to get on a call or even fly to London to meet and prove my nationality and have a little talk about it. I got an answer on my email after few days, George reopened my case and promised I will get my final answer by Monday 8th of July 2024. Today is 16th of July and no answer from them yet. I again contacted Support team a few times but they seem to be ignoring me. My question is, why did they approve my KYC and gave me my funded accounts and then ban me due for KYC breach? The fact that the support team MANUALLY checked my ID and said that I am good to go. Isn’t it weird? Why are they claiming that I am a resident of Vietnam, when I am clearly not? Yes my name might be Vietnamese, but on all my documents I am a Czech. (Lived here for 20years, I am 21) It is also a bit racist isn’t it? . In conclusion I did nothing wrong, my documents are valid, I am not a resident of a banned country. I was very respectful during this process so If @AlphaCapitalUK decide that they won’t offer the services anymore then please have a bit of decency, refund me and give me my payouts please. Note that i am funded with every big firm out there and received payouts without any problems! Only ACG rejected my payout! Below are screenshots, proof and everything you need to know. Be careful who you trust in this space. The only firms I trust is @fundingpips and @FTMO_com , never had any problems with them EVER! Not a surprise, when they would not go back on their retroactive microscalping rule it was the end. As exits go, this is a dignified way to go if they follow through on the bullets. There are only 4-5 futures firms that are safe to trade with - meaning they have people running operations that understand the business and how to make it sustainable.
