@AsdaServiceTeam I placed an order yesterday and when it didn’t appear today, I checked and despite it having gone through my banking app and being confirmed on your website, it didn’t go through properly. Your customer service tells me this is a known issue. Not good enough.

@asda we ordered your Valentine meal deal with our weekly on-line order. Firstly you didn't have all the items and substituted the chicken for chicken Kiev's (we have 5 packs now, due to substitutions on other weeks). Secondly, the dessert has a use by date of 11th.

@Georgeatasda website is genuinely appalling. Twice I've tried to buy a microwave and twice the website just does nothing and leaves you with absolutely no idea if you have paid or not. Two attempts on this nonsensical website is as far as im going, I can't risk 3 microwaves

@AsdaServiceTeam I I’m disappointed that items on my order did not arrive and the driver said, bag with items in contained the bottle that smashed and that I could apply for a refund as the colleague refused to re-pick the items. I have had my refund rejected! Shocking service
