I’m not even gonna bother to read the article, but in order to make that much money as a federal employee, you have to be a political appointee, or high-level senior executive. It simply fails to reason that someone that is supposedly an executive has no marketable skills whatsoever and made no contacts in the private industry where people would want her skills. Not to be mean, but it would appear the market has spoken.

Bodycam footage has been released of Miami deputies serving a warrant for Cristian Barata (25) who was suspected of distributing child pornography. As the cops breached the door, women and children came out and Cristian's brother, Christopher (21), came out of his room with a Sig Sauer P365XL wearing a Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X & a Vortex Defender red dot optic at the low ready position. Police opened fire on Christopher, killing him. Both brothers were TSA agents. FDLE is investigating the shooting incident which certainly isn't a black and white use of force like we normally see. Christopher doesn't appear to raise his firearm before being shot and being armed in your house isn't a crime; especially in south Florida where criminals have a long history of breaking into homes whilst announcing "police or policia!!!" I’m leaving the Capitol at 4am after Republicans rammed through a vote paving a path for $70B to fund ICE for years without any reforms/accountability. They rejected all Dem proposals to lower your healthcare costs, housing, and gas prices. Spread the word. We need to stop this.

Charging the Southern Poverty Law Center with a federal crime for paying informants to help dismantle hate groups is an outrageous weaponization of the Dept of Justice and the FBI. As someone who has been a prosecutor and has taken on the Klan I can tell you that use of paid informants is a common tactic used to dismantle drug cartels, the mob and extremist groups on both the right and the left. It is clear that all civil rights organizations are in the cross hairs of this Administration and that folks, puts everyone at risk.

No one is ready for the real solution to Gerrymandering: A return to the Constitution's original standard of 1 Member of Congress for every 30,000 Americans, resulting in an 11,000-member House with city-council sized districts so small you can't Gerrymander them if you tried.

@EODHappyCaptain Im blessed to work for a large corporation and get to go to some pretty nice places because they are paying. For a dinner for two I’ve left $150 and $200 tips (approx 20%). The wait staff at these places pull in bank.

The first time I went to a fine dining restaurant, I had no idea how to tip. Was it the same as a regular restaurant? My wife assured me it was. I didn’t believe her and left way more than I should have. That Christmas, the waiter sent me a card. I think I over tipped
