@DFS how is it that I have to wait over 4 months for a part to fix a sofa I had for only a couple of weeks from you? I only waited 2 months for the whole sofa. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a broken sofa for 4 months.

@DFS absolutely shockingly bad customer service. Sofa ordered November 2025 for Delivery February 2026! Now got to wait another month for delivery!! No updates on delays. Just ‘shut up and go away’ from your service centre!! Very frustrating, disappointing, and inconsistent!!

@DFS how can you mess up again????Told our new sofa(4th in 14 months) was being delivered today, again cleared out the temporary furniture (because the loan you sent was dirty and had no feet so sent it away) for the delivery drivers to call saying they were a bit confused

@DFS BAD - DYLAN.EXP FM 3S POWER RECLINER+TABLE… Ticket #10583600. Bought with 2‑year warranty which is meaningless. Less than 18 months 1 seat became noticeably lower, sent clear photos, got service visit, DFS dismissed as ‘normal wear’ and refused to help.

@DFS ordered at Cork store & paid in full on 22 Nov. Promised delivery Feb 2026. Called for an update—now customer support told delivery in May. Store won’t answer calls & online support is disconnected frm store. Pathetic customer service and broken promises. Never again. #DFS
