Each signature on the pledge represents a promise to show up daily, ready to learn. Even in the summer, the #YonkersMagic continues. #YonkersPublicSchools students in the Crime Scene Investigation (CSI) cohort at the Summer Enrichment Academy are building models of body systems while exploring different careers in the CSI field.

This summer, 30 #YonkersPublicSchools teachers are pursuing micro-credential certification in the Science of Reading! Through a partnership with SUNY New Paltz, teachers are diving deep into reading foundational skills, clarifying instructional shifts and reflecting on student learning to ensure that all students have the opportunity to become proficient readers. The #YonkersMagic continues not just for students but for our educators as well!
