@British_Airways Why don’t you come out and let me people know that pretty much any flight where a customer is flying out of or into Heathrow where they have checked on a bag you will almost certainly lose it. Look how many tweets about lost bags in Heathrow you are receiving.

I watched it update the location with my AirTag.
I know my bag is locked in their office in the Denver Airport.
They just have no staff capable of doing anything. Sad.
