52-year-old from British Columbia charged with 15 offences in relation to a 1997 series of sexual assaults. Between March and August of 1997, four separate sexual assaults occurred in Lambton County, Kent County and the City of Sarnia. Four female victims – three of whom were young persons at the time of the offences – came forward with information to police. An investigation, Project Aerial, was launched. “Project Aerial proves that time doesn't weaken our resolve. We remain focused on delivering answers, supporting victims and survivors and upholding our dedication to #PublicSafety," says #OPP Deputy Commissioner Marty Kearns.
