To be clear: this is not specifically about open primaries. There are always some "Republicans" that vote in these primaries. This is about the GOP itself actively encouraging voting in the Democratic primary and for a specific candidate.

Nevermind the Strategic Plan, FCPS wants Equal Outcomes. At its 6/29 mtg, the SB will vote on an equity plan that commits FCPS to going beyond equal opportunity to address "disproportionate outcomes," the euphemism that has been decided on to replace equal outcomes.
