We had opportunity to sign good wingers last season and we ended up with Garnancho and gittens. Sancho was 100% better than even both of them

For how cheap the deal is likely to be, Barco fine. The problem at Chelsea still remains a second ball/aerial problem at centre midfield and at centre back.
