@EVsOnMars @99_Colorado @TeslaCharging EXACT SAME PROBLEM HERE. I've met several others who cannot visit family or buy a Tesla in this area. PS, this is a mountainous forested area with large lakes. There is virtually no straight line driving from A to B. Super chargers are necessary.

Good morning @TeslaCharging, over the last 3 years living in Colorado, we have not had the freedom to travel with our Tesla. My husband’s family lives in a small town in Oklahoma and we have had to take a gas vehicle every time. That’s 13 hours of manual highway driving we didn’t have to do if we could take my Tesla and use FSD. There is no Tesla charging in this area, and even though we could get to his Dad’s house, we would not have the ability to drive around while visiting. We would have to trickle charge to be able to make it to a charger (that is out of our way) to get home. Not only does this gap prevent Tesla owners from getting to these locations, but why would someone buy a Tesla that lives in this area if there is no charging ability for them when they leave home? Please consider investing charging in the Panhandle of Texas and rural Oklahoma. I want the safety of my Tesla all the time, and want my car to go everywhere I drive. Thank you 🫶🏼

100% wromg. Look at your photo. There is a GIANT FREAKING HOLE of no fast charging. Zero. Nada. None. And I don’t know about you, but with how frequently Non-Tesla chargers are broken (while showing as fully operational) no one sane is going to bet their road trip on that. These chargers, even if they work, still require you to go hours out of your way. And then there is nothing at your destination. Not only no fast charging, but very few convenient Level 2 chargers. Some of them are incredibly expensive to use too.

Instead of a two-speed transmission, The Tesla Semi has two rear axles. The forward axle, with two motors, is geared for acceleration, while the rear axle is geared for highway efficiency. The Semi has a tri-motor setup with 800kW of power. At highway speeds, the front axle will completely disengage.

I wish the towing capacity was the same, and that it had more range, but this is close to the model I wanted. If they could give me 11-14k towing capacity and 500+ mile range for $70-80k that would be the truck I buy. It wouldn’t be a daily driver. It would be the battery bank for my rooftop solar most of the time.
