@SamsungHelpUK I have an American fridge freezer model number rs53k4400. I need a replacement freezer ice bucket but there is no part number on it. Can you tell me the part number please so that I can order a new one. Thank you.

@HSBC_UK submitted a lpa on 10th January using the online form. Heard absolutely nothing. Called today and was told it can't be found and to submit again although I have the email from 10th January submitted to digitaloperations2@hsbc.com. can you check if it was received again

@AerLingus five weeks and no response to a cancelled flight claim. WhatsApp just gives a copy and paste response. How do I get this escalated please ?

@santanderukhelp @matty78_matt Hi. I'm also experiencing issues. I've transferred money between 2 Santander accounts and the transfer isn't showing. I've tried logging out of the app and back in but that doesn't fix the issue

@LGUKCare I've spent hours trying to get my echo dot to turn on my lgc1 but it just keeps saying tv is not responding, however when I ask Alexa to turn the tv off, it works fine. Can you help ?
