One in which Canada is all but shut out. Canada does have resources, but the Government does not want them to use those same resources. Trade as an image.

Essentially, this program was initiated by BC with the feds playing a very minor role.

Developers overbuilt condos for speculators. Now, the Liberals have sent taxpayers a bill for a bailout.
Handouts for wealthy developers donโt solve the housing crisis; they interfere with the very market mechanisms necessary to bring prices down.

Article 34.6 of CUSMA (USMCA) provides that the agreement would remain in effect between Canada and Mexico if the US pulled out.
Considering how supply chains are so deeply integrated between all 3 countries, getting out would be counterproductive for the US.

GST only applies when buying a used car from a registered used car dealership. Not when you buy privately from another individual.
