@JayinKyiv The truth is only about 30 billion of the 180 billion and aid the US provide provided was sent directly to Ukraine. Mostly older equipment. The majority of the aid was spent in the US or on US forces enhancing readiness in the area.

@Kasparov63 Very little of the 180 billion actually went to Ukraine. The vast majority of it was spent by the US either restocking, newer arms to replace the older stuff we gave to Ukraine or for increasing our readiness in the area on our own forces. UKR received $30-40b mostly equipment.

@tedcruz That may be true about American's supporting voter ID but not the way this bill is crafted. Millions would be disenfranchised. Come up with a Natl ID to be issued automatically to everyone at age 18 for FREE and phase it in over time and don't try and cram in before midterms.

@RepTedLieu I agree this is a bad bill, but Democrats need to recognize that voters in general want to see ID requirements so I think the Democrats should be proposing an alternative. We need to do this to build confidence in the system from voters in both parties.
